The Design Challenge Grant application is probably the easiest application you will ever complete. The instructions and procedures are several pages long, but the actual application is a single page.

You will need to read through the accompanying material so you understand what additional paperwork is required with your application.

Remember that we will be audited for the state when the program has processed all the grants. Consequently, we will be sticklers about the required paperwork.

Please note the requirement for three bids will be waived if you have an ongoing relationship with a contractor. This requirement is also waived if you are doing the work and you are only applying for the materials.

Make sure you have talked to the Design Committee chair, Jeff Gross, before you disregard this requirement. The requirement for three bids is to assure that you have a fair and competitive price.

Please download the documents at the bottom of the page and print them. Drop off the completed form at the STMS office at 18 Green Street, Souderton or mail it to Souderton Telford Main Streets, PO Box 314, Telford, PA 18969.
